Do you have a refund policy?

Refunds only apply to our offers which include more than one session.

Generally speaking, sessions will be refunded at a pro-rata of the total as the bulk discount only applies if you use all the sessions. For example, if you have purchased a package with 5 lessons, but only used one, you will be refunded the 4 sessions minus the additional as though the first lesson was full price.

All refunds are at the full discretion of the Driving Instructor.

Can I give one of my bundle lessons to a friend?

Given different people all have different skill levels, a bundle lesson you purchase may not be suitable for your friend. Please discuss with your Driving Instructor if you plan to gift one or more of your pre-purchased lessons

I won’t be able to use all the sessions I bought in a value bundle. Can I get a partial refund?

You certainly can, however given the bundle offers give a bulk discount as a reward for purchasing the lessons at once, refunds will be a pro rata meaning your used lessons will be calculated at full cost. The remainder of your payment will then be refunded.

Will 1 hour before a test be enough time to make sure I pass?

This session is for your to go back over the basics and to calm your nerves before the test. If you are booking a test, you must ensure that you have put in the time and are confident on the road. This lessons won’t be enough time to go over everything in detail before your test.

Can you meet me at a different location to my house?

There are a few central locations that can be ideal to meet. For example; Geelong’s main train station is a great location to start your lesson. It provides a lot of dynamic driving opportunities and can help make the most out of your lesson.

When do you take the payment?

Payment will be required at the start of each lesson. Please ensure you have the funds available prior to your lesson time.

What if I have high anxiety?

Our Driving Instructor Alister has a wealth of experience in training and nurturing those with high levels of anxiety and will ensure a calm and safe environment for you to learn to drive. As part of the lesson, Alister will also teach on maintaining your calm in the high pressure situations that can occur on the road. You are in good hands.

I have driven in another country, will it be easy to obtain a Victorian Licence?

It may seem like a simple task if you’ve driven in another country to obtain a licence in Victoria, but more often than not it can be a challenge. Often the road rules learned in another country can be difficult to change and require some reworking to driving habits in particular.
